If your "grandma saying" won't fit on a round disc because it's too long such as; Grammy, Grammie or Gramma, I can abbreviate with Gram or many people order with just the initials of the grandchildren on the heart charms which still makes a heartfelt gift for grandma.

If not needing the round Gram style disc, then you may select one fewer "initial charm" when ordering than needed for your necklace from the menu options, since the Gram style disc is already included in the price.

Enter customizations for all charms you would like on the necklace in personalized notes during checkout. For example;

3 initial monograms can only fit on round discs, and not on hearts... 3 initial monograms can be all caps. But once adding a 4th letter such as for Gram or Mimi then must have some lowercase letters to fit.

I can fit couple's stamps on round discs or hearts since the plus sign + or ampersand & or heart sign ♥ is smaller than the letters so couple stamps can go on discs or hearts such as K♥J or K+J.

Hearts look best with single a single initial but can fit 2 letters.

1) Select chain in sterling silver to be paired with a sterling silver olive branch and sterling silver initial charms.
